I wanna do a review/recap? of last year and post my resolutions for this year but I think I should just keep it to myself.

I wish someone tell me before that its okay to pursue anything you want in life (as long as you work hard in order to be successful). Somehow, Malaysians have this stereotype which your kids should do either medicine or engineering or actuarial science after SPM. I don't deny that Malaysia needs doctors and engineers in order for us to become more developed and competent with other countries but other fields should be taken into account like economics for example. Okaylah I gotta to give some credits to future and already-become doctors and engineers, you guys are smart. Smart enough to meet the requirements and pass your exams with flying colours and graduated from your program :)

I wish I was exposed to other fields before making my own choice back then. I wish I get more insights on different field. Sometimes, being smart doesn't mean your options is limited to only medicine and engineering. It also depends on the persons interest and aptitude. In the end of the day, money and prestige will come once you are successful in what you do (of course, money and prestige are subjective and everyone is entitled to their own opinion). Tengok chef wan. He is the living proof of what I said earlier. You guys should read his facebook updates. Serious rasa inspired and motivated tau. In Japan and US, the students do consult with their counselor for their choice of major in university and which uni they go to *this is based on dramas I watched :P*. Teenagers need guidance from adults for big decisions in life. Instead, we, Malaysians looked for scholarships available and make our decision from there. I don't blame Malaysians for that because tertiary education here is very costly.

In conclusion, I believe other fields can contribute to the nation as big as contributions from medical and engineering field. People's mindset should be changed. Go! Explore what life has to offer before you settle down and make your own choice!

i seem like a jack of all trades to people who knows more about me. i regret that i did not learn well to master the trades. even with little knowledge that i have, they are already stunned :P

to be honest, i still don't know which road to take after this. either to choose after one's heart desire or road that is promising success in life? i thought to go after what i want at first but the latter tempt me to change my decision. until now, i still don't know. i can be whatever i want to be. but, i know what i want for a long time goal. to live happily ever after and to be able to afford things i want (both vital and pleasure). till then...

a month left. this will end soon. i can hardly wait :) may tomorrow will give me some light on another big decision i have to make. i feel sad by the fact that my friend is leaving once again. but thats norm in life, isnt it?

we meet again, ramadhan

glad to be able to meet u again, the holy month :) this time it falls on academic calendar unlike past ramadhans..i miss those times when you can devote your time to go tarawikh at mosque and other meaningful stuff during ramadhan..this is certainly new to me but here, we break fast an hr early compared to ppl in semenanjung :P i will try to become a better person, InsyaAllah :)

oh my god, i look so fat in pics! pardon for being vain, but seriously!! i cringed looking at that fat person *me, of course* gotta do something about it..do it now!!!

ok back to the story. i managed to meet 3 different people at different time during different stage of my life (childhood, love and pre-uni). it sounds symbolic when i put it this way. hahahaha. but i kid you not these 3 people really play a significant role in my life. i feel so grown up when i meet them. i love them but me, someone who is unable to express herself well failed to tell them..

i may not be r's bestest friend but we revolve around the same circle. someone who i daresay knows me well on past, present and future since we are neighbours and attended same classes from primary school to secondary school. when we met just now, we picked where we left off. i really envy her confidence, something that i really lack. time really flies, isnt it? we didnt get to talk much :( i promise i will treat you next time! my meds caused me to be so drowsy..brr

somehow, despite p and i grew out of relationship, we still remain the same towards each other. we both grow into person we are now. i could never thank you enough for all memories we had together. i am glad that the person is you, not someone else. with you also, was the first time i fill in the gas! hahahahaha

i know s only for a short time but we really hit it off together. we have been planning to meet for ages but time really envy us back then. we finally meet again after all these years. twas great meeting you on that day. i wish i have her creativity :P its interesting when i know 2 ppl in curtin are s' schoolmates. sbp and esp being same age is a small word after all. all the best to you, s since you gonna enter the real world soon :) i wanna graduate soon too..

btw, some things are better left unsaid. now, i am at zen with myself. i dont have a lot of friends, let alone true ones. meeting you guys makes me motivated for this upcoming sem :) what a beautiful ending of this hols.

its never been easy. to make a decision and to live the decision. reading other people life story from rags to riches or from hardships to success really inspires me. i hope one day i can become one too. some people went through far worse than me, so i should not complain much. i am completely out of my comfort zone. can i get through this? now 1 sem is coming to an end. 2nd sem seems like too long for me. hopefully i breeze my way through. in a way, it challenges me to be a better person. to develop my people skills, soft skills. i learn a lot and to say i regret it, probably not.

Whatever Allah decides on your fate is definitely what is best for you. I learned it today. I can overcome this. InsyaAllah. Just hang on until the end of the year. I happen to discover some people feel the same way like I do on certain issues. Certainly, I am not alone. Its how I handle the situation and how I want it to affect me in general. Seems like not in common is THE FACTOR. I do not ask myself to be born different compared to others. I am tired of making efforts already but do not worry I will be professional if I have to. From now on, I am going to live my life as usual and let things progress naturally.

I really have to work hard. I am not stupid its just I am lazy to work my ass off and do careless mistakes. "You lagi lihai" :P Amin :)

a memorable experience

i visited an orphanage today but not all the kids are orphans. some came from broken family or poor family and to my surprise, came from semenanjung as well. im not good on interacting with strangers but i tried my best to talk with them, play with them. i feel sad when i talked to a girl and she told me that her sibs (4 of them, including her) are in the orphanage and her youngest brother is 5 years old now. his birthday is on 25th of May. looking at his chinese looking eyes (not sepet!), a 5 y.o kid living in an orphanage saddens me. he is too young. at least he got his biological sibs growing up together over there. i believe that Allah Maha Adil. somehow, i feel attached to him. visiting an orphanage is a real eye opener. 2 hours is definitely a short time to spent with them. it makes me reflect upon myself. i am happy to be back in malaysia albeit im not in my hometown or kl :P yes, i miss living abroad and definitely will miss escapades during winter and summer breaks :P last but not least, i am happy that i am able to give back to people and stay true to myself :)

i had a great day today. thanks to my groupmate who wanted to join cv. i get to know new ppl and one of them turned out to be my neighbour! lol. such a small world after all. had a great time playing games and talking with people. eventhough i know you guys today we just cant stop talking. lololololol. im happy to be where i am now. ive been enjoying doing nothing past few days. time to do my tutorials and some re-reading. ciao.

i will revert to my blog's original tagline..hehe..lemme tell you something, im at my happiest moment of my life :) the past is the past and i am looking forward to the present and the future. well, some people are genuinely curious and they will keep the info to themselves and there is people who are being 'concerned' and will spread the news like wildfire. i really hate the latter. i can talk endless about how superficial the world we are living. c'est la vie. tbh, i think certain personality tests is actually spot on. haha. life is the best teacher in this world, baby!

p/s: this blog will be in hiatus till Allah-knows-when. till then, till im inspired..am excited for another long walk tomorrow :)

i feel sad for not doing project 365 daily. oh well. i always complain abt my life is monotonous before, right but now there are lotsa thing in my plate atm. you know you have friends to count on no matter what kind of situation you're in. im really thankful for that. im not really good with words and emotions but deep inside my heart, i really appreciate it :) have faith..

my project 365 is compilation between old and new picture which i feel to share on the particular day :P the pic above is actually a mosaic work on the floor..i actually waited for daddy to finish browsing the paintings..while sitting on the bench, i lowered my gaze and tada..so yeah thats the story behind this picture..actually quite a few of this on the floor too but with different words..but i would like to share 'pursuit' with you because i like the word..if im in the picture, i would position myself lets say one quarter from the ground holding the pole..this year is going to be an interesting year for me..a major turning point indeed..when people list their aspirations and visions for this year, i dont have any..im hoping for the best for whatever happens in the future

went to monginis bakery today after hearing good review on the cake..got to admit the cheesecake is good..i like the way it taste and cheaper than la paire..yes, the exterior look of the cheesecake is the same..im so going back there for the cheesecake..the choc cake is too dry..saw on fb someone says its good..probably i chose the wrong one..grr

the case of itaewon homicide is a good watch..the narration is good and its actually based on true story..man, song joong-ki played the victim in the movie *which makes me sad* why someone wanna kill my oppa :P jang geun suk is in the movie too..his english is good..barely got korean accent but definitely its not american english..who am i to judge his english cos im neither american nor british..to be frank, i pity the vic's family for death of their sole man of third gen of the family..i really hope the truth will be prevailed one day so that the vic rest in peace..amin :)

baru tergerak hati nak baca buku ni plus its a borrowed book :P i used to khatam those novels within one day..kalau harry potter baru released dont expect me to put that book down unless i am done with it..thats my bookmark peeking from the book..got it from heathrow t5..time kat airport baru nak pergi tgk bookstore..haha

just found out song joong-ki and yoo ah in are actually one of 5 couples for best couple awarded by kbs..lol..i thought the nominations just to please the netizens..wow..am not complaining at all..they deserve it for awesome bromance in sungkyunkwan scandal..i actually watched yoo ah in in the man who cant get marry and i never noticed that the architect's assistant was him back then..hope he got more recognition in the future cos his potrayal in the drama is awesome..he deserves more than just best couple award :)

attended LIFE (love Islam for eternity) yesterday and got a flawa..actually, like this, they had like um 13 performances. one of the performers was so into the performance and threw the flower and the flawa landed in front of me..what a perfect landing! and people are joking that im gonna get hitched soon..lol..rest assured its actually my 2020 vision :P

to be honest with you, i feel like i have become a different person. i vow to no longer live wallowing in self-pity. i had remorse (it just cross my mind occasionally) but no worries, i am at peace now. epiphany shuts down the remorse i had. my friend said i need love. haha. she is right, who doesnt? of course nothing beats having someone who completes you :P i found love in watching jdramas, kdramas, movies, reality tv shows (running man is my new addiction!) food and being around the world. thanks familia for making the last part happen :) i really want to go to harry potter park in florida. next year will see a new me embarking new journey. i am an optimistic person but there is limit that i can withstand, you know.

i have been thinking for quite some time. its not that i dont want to blog but i dont have the muse to blog about. my life is monotonous. unless you found love in stuffs i stated above, you might not be bored with me :P thats why i cringed and ended up deleting my blog posts. so, i decided to do project 365 for 2011 :) cheers to me!
